Make your DREAMS!! a reality.

Jon Bon Jovi said "Believe in love. Believe in magic. Hell, believe in Santa Clause. Believe in others. Believe in yourself. Believe in your dreams. If you don't, who will?"

Dreams are the manifestation of our un-conscious, it shows us what we are deep within, but we seldom remember them.

Thoughts on the other hand are our reality and can do wonder, using them in a myriad of ways we can change the way we see the world.

We all live in the present and have needs, that have to be catered to move ahead, we all face difficulty doing so, well not anymore.

Depending on needs and not greed you con concentrate on a single thought or problem. The important thing is to formulate a thought which is positive, affirmative and easy to be repeated though out the day.

This thought should be reminding you to stay in the present moment and enjoy it, as it is never going to return. Also acting as a reminder to your un-conscious.

Just repeat the thought 4-5 times a day, try not to over do it.

Begin with just one thought and try to finish that task it caters to before you start another.

for example "I am happy and healthy."

The thought itself does 90% of the work, it is now in our un-conscious and by repeating we keep reminding ourselves about it.
